Tucson Electric Park
TEP is the proud sponsor of Tucson Electric Park, spring training home of the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Chicago White Sox.
Tucson Electric Power's partnership with the Diamondbacks, White Sox and Pima County helps ensure the community reaps the economic benefits of hosting Spring Training in Southern Arizona.
The 11,000-seat stadium and 138-acre Kino Veterans Memorial Sportspark - considered one of the finest training facilities in Major League Baseball — also serve as home to the D-Backs' AAA affiliate, the Tucson Sidewinders.
Located south of downtown Tucson, near Ajo Road and Interstate 10, Tucson Electric Park includes eight luxury boxes, 469 clubhouse seats, 8,000 arm-chair or bleacher seats, 3,000 lawn seats along the outfield, and on-site parking for 3,800 vehicles.
Since its 1998 opening, Tucson Electric Park has proven to be an ideal venue for local sporting events, festivals, concerts, art shows and other community activities, including the 15,000-person human flag amassed in the outfield, four days after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
