Pay your bill with a click of your mouse. Click here to enroll.

Online Banking

Use your financial institution's online services to pay your electric bill.

Pay by Credit Card/Debit Card or Electronic Check

You can use a major credit card, debit card or electronic check to pay your TEP electric bill by phone or online. It's fast, easy and safe. The processing company will charge you a fee for this service.

Payments by Phone.
Just call the toll-free number (800) 650-9138 and be ready to enter your account number, billing zip code, and banking information.

Payments Online.
You can make an online credit card, debit card, or electronic check payment to your TEP electric bill by clicking here. On the payment processor's Web site, you will be given an opportunity to accept or decline the payment after the total amount is calculated.

Automatic Payment Plan

It's easy, fast, secure and free. It's our SNAPSure No Hassle Automatic Payment plan — that offers the convenience of automatic monthly payments from your checking or savings account. Click here for details.

Mail

Please insert your bill stub and check or money order in the envelope provided with your statement. Include your TEP account number on the check or money order and mail to:

Courtesy Payment Box

You can drop your check or money order payment off at one of our many courtesy payment boxes. Please allow up to five business days for your payment to be posted to your account. Click here for our courtesy payment locations.

Walk-in Payments

You may pay your bill with cash or a debit card at any Walmart in Arizona. Other payment agents also accept cash payments from TEP customers. A fee may apply for this service. For a list of authorized Cash Payment Agent locations, click here.

NOTE: If you are scheduled for disconnect or need to make an immediate payment to avoid disconnect, please pay at Walmart, then call TEP Customer Care at 520-623-7711 with your receipt to confirm payment has been made.
