Connect, Transfer or Disconnect Service
Connect, transfer or disconnect your electric service online, or call the Customer Care Center at (520) 623-7711 during normal business hours. When possible, we recommend that you place your order at least five business days before the date you would like the service request completed.
For new customers, you'll need to provide an e-mail address during sign up. Your e-mail address will only be used to correspond with you about services or products you've requested. If you have questions please contact Customer Care.
Use this form if you are a first-time customer of TEP or would like to start new service at a new location and keep your existing TEP service on. Click here.
Use Account Manager's Transfer Service form if you are moving from one location to another, both of which are within TEP's service territory. Click here.
Use Account Manager's Disconnect Service form if you want to stop your current TEP service and will not start new service at another location within TEP's service territory. Click here.
