TEP will provide energy-efficient light bulbs, showerheads and low-flow faucet aerators for the kitchen and bath of every qualified unit in your complex.
Program participants also will receive an evaluation of the common areas in their complex to determine if other energy efficiency opportunities are available.

The Multi-Family Housing Program offers free training and direct installation of energy efficiency products to TEP multi-family property owners and their tenants.
Multi-family units may be eligible for free energy-efficient light bulbs, low-flow showerheads and kitchen and bathroom faucet aerators to help reduce energy costs.
The program also provides assessments of common areas for potential energy saving opportunities made available through TEP's Commercial Energy Solutions program.

An eligible multi-family housing complex consists of five or more units and receives electric service from TEP. The multi-family dwellings must be served by electric water heating to receive the low-flow showerheads and faucet aerators.
