Help for qualifying customers in financial distress
Tucson Electric Power works with community organizations to provide emergency bill payment assistance for low-income customers in financial distress. Participation is limited, and qualifications may vary depending on the agency.
Do you qualify?
- Eligibility is limited to customers whose household income does not exceed levels based on federal poverty guidelines.
- Agencies can only provide assistance to residents of their designated service areas.
- Customers must complete applications and provide identification and other documentation required by participating agencies.
