IRP Advisory Council
The TEP Resource Planning Advisory Council (RPAC) will be formed with a diverse set of stakeholders across a range of customer classes, advocacy groups, and community businesses. The RPAC is designed to solicit stakeholder input and provide transparency on development of the company’s 2026 Integrated Resource Plan (IRP). We welcome the participation of the RPAC in the process and throughout the 2026 IRP planning cycle.

November 19, 2025: Technical Session: Portfolios and Modeling
January 28, 2026: Focus On: Affordability, Rates, and New Resources
March 25, 2026: Technical Session: Preferred Portfolio
May 1, 2026: Modeling inputs due to stakeholders (no meeting)
May 27, 2026: Review and Wrap-up
July 29, 2026: Public Workshop (Virtual)
August 3, 2026: IRP Due Date (no meeting)
Membership
