Neighbor Connect

Get the Support You Need, Faster

Neighbor Connect is designed to make accessing support simple, clear, and efficient. This form brings multiple assistance pathways into one place — allowing you to request help, explore programs, or connect with community partners through a single, streamlined process. By sharing a few details, you help us quickly guide your request to the right team or agency, saving you time and reducing the need for follow‑up.

Our goal is to make getting assistance more seamless, so you can focus on what matters most.

Important: If you are currently facing a service disconnection or need immediate assistance, please use our email form so we can respond as quickly as possible. The Neighbor Connect form is intended for non‑urgent support requests and community resource referrals.
