Neighbor Bridge
Application Assistance Event
We are pleased to invite you to our first Neighbor Bridge Application Assistance Event, hosted by Tucson Electric Power in partnership with The Salvation Army.
During this event, Tucson Electric Power team members will work with customers to prepare for utility assistance applications by reviewing required documentation and accessing utility account information when needed. The Salvation Army staff will assist with application completion and submission. Eligibility and benefit determinations are made by the Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES).

What to Bring
To help make the application process as smooth as possible, please bring:
- A valid photo ID
- Proof of income for everyone in your household
- Social Security numbers or identifying information for household members
- TEP overdue or past-due notices
- Proof of residence, if available
If you do not have your most recent Tucson Electric Power bill, our team can access your account information during the event.

- Assistance will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Completing this form does not guarantee eligibility or approval.
- Eligibility and benefit determinations are made by the Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES).
- Funding is limited and available while program funds remain available.
Both LIHEAP and Power AZ have income requirements. Eligibility is based on your total gross household income before taxes and the number of people living in your household.
