How it Works
TEP’s Smart Charge Program aims to manage EV charging load and promote efficient use of our electric grid. The program incentivizes residential participants who adjust their charging behavior to support the grid during times of high energy demand. That might include shifting and staggering charging times from on-peak to off-peak times to help avoid higher energy costs.
