Q. The pandemic has really hurt our business and we’re having a hard time paying our electric bill. Is there anything you can do to help us?

A. Unfortunately, this is a common problem right now. You’ve done the right thing by asking for help.

While most of the federal pandemic assistance for businesses is no longer available, TEP can usually make payment arrangements and set up installments to help make your energy expenses more manageable. We’ll ask what you can pay now and then determine how to resolve the remaining balance.
