Payment Timeline
TEP offers a variety of convenient ways for you to pay your bill. The table below outlines the type of payment verification you might receive, and when you can expect your payment to be reflected in your account balance and posted to your bank account or credit card.
For online payments, you can edit your payment receipt preferences in My Account under Update My Info. Click on Alerts and Preferences, Notification Preferences and then make your selection next to Payment Receipt. With the TEP mobile app, tap on the person icon in the upper right hand corner and then select Preferences to choose how you are notified.
While we accept payments from several third-party processors, please be advised that we only have agreements with processors listed in the matrix below. We will always post your payment as quickly as possible, even if you do not see your preferred payment method in this chart. However, we cannot control how or when the processor will deliver us your payment, and we have no say in the fees they might charge you for their services. We also cannot protect the privacy of personal information you share with a third-party processor.
