Energy efficient products aren’t just smart for your wallet. They’re also good for the environment.

But finding the right ones? That can take research and legwork. That’s where we can help.

Our new Marketplace offers residential customers convenient one-stop shopping online for a wide range of energy saving products offered at discounted prices – some with additional rebates from Tucson Electric Power. The service is provided by EFI through a partnership with TEP.

“The Marketplace allows customers to shop safely and securely online from their home for many popular energy-efficient products,” said Edith Garcia, TEP Residential Energy Efficiency Programs Manager. “There are dozens of products from which to choose – all at attractive prices.”

Among the products available in the Marketplace:

  • Advanced power strips
  • Air conditioners (for rooms)
  • Air purifiers
  • Dehumidifiers/humidifiers
  • Electric vehicle charging stations (home use)
  • LED bulbs
  • Low flow shower heads
  • Occupancy sensor switches
  • Pipe insulation
  • Portable fans
  • Smoke/CO alarms
  • Smart home alarms, cameras and door locks

The Marketplace is just like an online home improvement store, where you can shop for products, see product specifications and compare items. Items can be purchased with a major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) or by electronic check or money order.

Not only can you find competitive pricing – often lower than retail – but the items are shipped directly to you for a flat rate of $5 on orders up to $49.99. Orders of $50 or more ship free. In-stock items are usually shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment or an order placed with a credit or debit card.

To purchase items in the TEP Marketplace, customers will need to be a TEP customer, reside in our service territory and set up an account. Customers must agree to install items at their home or business and not resell them.
