Investing in our Student Interns

Yes. Student interns must maintain full-time or part-time status at an accredited four-year institution or local community college.

Yes. Department heads are encouraged to take into consideration that student interns are students first and employees second when scheduling work assignments.

Yes. Students must maintain good academic standing at their college or university, as defined by the college or university, and the GPA required for graduation by their college or university. Student interns may be expected to provide their transcripts to their supervisors following each semester.

Student interns are eligible for medical insurance, Flexible Spending, Dependent Care, Limited Flexible Spending and Health Savings accounts effective the date of their hire. They are also eligible for salary continuance (sick pay)  — hours available vary based upon number of hours worked/accrued.

Our preference is to extend the learning opportunity for our students, which is why we prefer to employ interns that are available to work for approximately two or more years.

Yes. Student interns are subject to pre-employment screenings as required by company policy.
