Tucson Electric Power offers a Preferred Due Date program that allows eligible customers to choose a bill due date that better aligns with their pay schedule, household budget and financial needs, providing greater flexibility and control over energy bill payments.

Your Bill, Your Schedule

Managing your monthly bills just got a little easier.

Most customers can now choose a bill due date that works best for their schedule through our Preferred Due Date program. Whether you’d like to delay your bill until after your payday or avoid a week when other bills are due, the choice is yours.

The program gives customers more flexibility and control over their bill payments, helping align energy costs with household budgets and financial routines.

“We’ve heard from customers that having options matters,” said Denise Taylor, Director of Customer Service and Programs. “People appreciate the convenience of being able to choose a due date that fits their schedule instead of adjusting their schedule around a bill. Preferred Due Date is another way we’re making it easier for customers to manage their accounts in a way that works for them.”

Enrollment is simple.  Once you select a new due date, it will take effect during your next billing cycle.

The preferred due date option is not yet available to customers on Budget Billing or for those behind on their payments.
