As a reminder, a completed final application package with all supporting documentation must be submitted by December 15, 2023. Completed final application packages received after December 15, 2023 will be considered for the 2024 Program Year and subject to 2024 incentives.

Commercial Program

The Commercial program is designed to encourage business customers to make energy efficient equipment upgrades to save energy and money. Rebates are available for upgrades on lighting, refrigeration, controls and HVAC systems.

TEP’s Commercial rebates can help offset a significant portion of the upfront costs associated with installing new energy-efficient equipment. Participants are required to use a TEP-approved Commercial Trade Ally for installation services to receive the rebate, which will be deducted from the project cost.

This program makes it easy and cost-effective for businesses to upgrade their equipment. Customers interested in participating in this program are encouraged to begin the process immediately as funding is limited.
