Commercial Program

Make your business more energy-efficient with our limited-time complimentary Business Kit. It includes practical, energy-saving tools—like a smart thermostat, advanced power strip, reusable furnace filter, and water-saving bathroom aerator—to help you reduce your environmental impact.

The Commercial program is designed to encourage business customers to make energy efficient equipment upgrades to save energy and money. Rebates are available for upgrades on lighting, refrigeration, controls and HVAC systems, including:

  • $100 per horsepower on variable speed drive air compressors
  • $0.40-0.50 per square foot on HVAC EMS systems
  • $15-40 per ton on AC units and heat pumps
  • Up to $115 per unit on ENERGY STAR refrigerators and freezers
  • Up to $215 per fixture on LED lighting

TEP’s Commercial rebates can help offset a significant portion of the upfront costs associated with installing new energy-efficient equipment. Participants are required to use a TEP-approved Commercial Trade Ally for installation services to receive the rebate, which will be deducted from the project cost.

This program makes it easy and cost-effective for businesses to upgrade their equipment. Customers interested in participating in this program are encouraged to begin the process immediately as funding is limited.
