While TEP supports all business customers and employers, our Business Development team members are assigned to specialize in focus areas with major impacts on economic development in Southern Arizona. One focus area is local government agencies and schools.

Aracely Lucero, Senior Key Account Manager, with 23 years at TEP, including 11 years in Business Development

Focus: Lucero works with local school districts and Pima Community College, along with other local employers, including the City of Tucson and Pima County.

Why is this work important? “Schools have a direct impact on the most precious treasure we have in the community, which is our kids, our future. Since school districts rely on funding from different sources, it’s not always enough for all they must accomplish. I work directly with their energy managers to see how I can help so they can use their valuable resources efficiently and effectively.”
